1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at https://themefoucs.co or purchasing and downloading software created by ThemeFoucs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access our website or use our software.
2. Software License & Usage
All WordPress plugin software created by ThemeFoucs is open-source PHP code licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later).
Your commercial purchase grants you a subscription key providing continuous software updates, compatibility releases, and technical support in accordance with our License Terms.
3. Payments & Renewals
Commercial licenses are billed annually at the advertised price ($39/year for single-site activation). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your customer portal or by contacting support.
4. Support & Updates
Technical support and updates are provided to active license holders. Support covers plugin installation, configuration, documented features, and bug fixes. Support does not cover custom third-party theme code, custom database modifications, or general WordPress administration.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ThemeFoucs or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if ThemeFoucs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Trademark Notice
WordPress® and WooCommerce® are registered trademarks of the WordPress Foundation and Automattic Inc. ThemeFoucs is an independent software studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Automattic Inc.
7. Changes to Terms
ThemeFoucs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date.
